Emily’s most recent role was as an administrator in a small startup located in Chicago IL. She started by designing websites and creating social media communications for the company. She quickly assumed a general management role in which she wrote business proposals and purchasing agreements for high profile clients such as Walsh Construction and AT&T. Emily also led a corporate restructuring initiative to build the start up into a well-rounded business operation. This process included implementing new scheduling systems, producing human resource literature, as well as completely revising the interoffice communication system.
